This website will give authors and participants an overview of the features of our digital conferences.

Main Functionalities of the Digital Conference

  • Participate in our live event

    Follow all lectures in the available live streams, visit the poster and exhibition hall, plan your personal program, and take part in the question & answer sessions.

  • Time Shift & On-Demand Content

    Never miss a presentation and use the time-shift function to pause and delay the live streams or watch the presentations on-demand at your preferred time.

  • Give your presentation live

    Use our software in combination with "Zoom" and share your screen and audio to give your presentation. In our slide check sessions before the conference, you can test all technical requirements in advance with our technicians.

  • Network with other authors and participants

    Use our extensive networking platform to connect with other authors, participants, and exhibitors. Make contact requests and talk via chat or use the video call feature to speak face to face.

To use all features of the digital conference, you need an up-to-date browser. The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge with Blink engine are fully supported. JavaScript must be active. For video calls, permission to access your microphone and camera is required.

Electronic Program Guide (EPG)

  • Always keep an overview of the entire lecture program.
  • Access past lectures as on-demand content.
  • Use the search and filter function to find lectures you are particularly interested in.
  • Create your personal lecture program with just a click.
  • Get detailed information about individual lectures.
  • Connect directly with the authors of the presentation.

Network with other authors & participants

  • Find others via the lecture program, the participant directory, or via shared interests and connect via contact request.
  • Decide which contact information you want to share with you approved contacts.
  • Write chat messages with your contacts or speak live in a video chat call.
  • Stay in touch after the event by exchanging your contact information safely.
  • Use the general discussion forum to ask your questions or address topics to a greater audience.

Give your presentation live

  • Give your presentation live to all participants using our software in combination with Zoom to share your screen and audio. After your presentation, answer the questions of the participants live or in the discussion forum.
  • Each session is moderated by a session chair that leads through the lecture program.
  • Use our slide check sessions to test your technical requirements for your live presentation in advance with our technicians. Please check our technical recommendations to use the full functionality of our system. (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, latest version each).
  • Our technicians are always available in each virtual lecture room to help quickly with technical problems. Phone and chat support is also available.
  • You cannot use Zoom? Contact us and we will find an alternative solution for your presentation.

Poster Hall & Poster Session

  • Get an overview of all poster contributions or use the search and filter function to find posters you are particularly interested in.
  • Study poster abstracts or use the magnifying glass to browse the content of a poster in detail.
  • Connect with the author and raise your question directly via the chat bubble or join the group video chat of the poster during the poster sessions.

Exhibition Hall

  • The virtual booth allows you to access and browse exhibitors' information and offers.
  • Get in contact with the exhibitors and exchange information via chat or video call.
  • You can leave requests at the virtual exhibition booth around the clock.
